For the most part, this device meets all my rigorous requirements for the job. The metal casing is very well-engineered and manufactured. with the exception of the gasket, all other accessories are available and made well. The gaskets in my packages were mis-cut and seemed to be made with poor material. I had use my own self-made gaskets (silicon rubber) to feel comfortable with the installations I made.
